Start a conversationCertified-organic sourcing · Lot-level traceability
We prioritize credible organic capability, verify claims for the applicable product and transaction, and connect facility, specification, sample, lot and shipment evidence in one visible sourcing path.
What certified-organic priority means
Sourcing of USDA Organic–certified ingredients is prioritized, subject to product- and transaction-specific verification. This does not imply that Origin Ingredients itself is already certified, or that every product or transaction qualifies as organic.
Organic-first sourcing. Conventional options are also available for buyer-defined specifications and volume requirements.
Review the certifying body, certificate status and the certified operation involved in the supply path.
Confirm that the relevant ingredient, process and handling activity fall within the applicable organic scope.
Align the buyer requirement, product identity, shipment records and organic documentation before an offer is finalized.
Keep the supporting certificate and transaction-specific records connected to the order and lot.
Traceability by design
Each stage adds an accountable record so buyers can understand what was approved, produced, released and delivered.
Five levels of control
Certification is useful evidence, but it does not replace product review, lot records, testing, traceability or ongoing performance.
Food-safety systems, licenses, certifications, process controls, traceability, recall and CAPA readiness.
Specification, process flow, treatment, allergens, packaging, shelf life and applicable certification.
Representative material assessed against the agreed sensory, physical, chemical and microbiological criteria.
Lot-specific COA, testing, treatment and traceability records reviewed before release.
Commercial, transport, customs and transaction documents organized for import and delivery.
Documentation framework
Clear claims
Confirm certifications, testing, treatment, specification and availability for the applicable product, facility and transaction.
Present a certification, organic status, specification or stock position as universal when it has not been verified for the actual order.
